SEVERE (9): Play a theft Crime from your hand or resyk. It must be assigned to you next turn. FAIR (6): Take one equipment or backup Resource from your resyk and issue it, ignoring Prestige loss. LENIENT (3): Take all Crimes from your resyk, add one to your hand and shuffle the rest into your deck.
