SEVERE (10): Play a public order Crime from your hand or resyk. It must be assigned to you next turn. FAIR (8): Search your deck for one Street Resource. Issue it and shuffle your deck. Prep the issued Judge. LENIENT (6): Take all politics motivated Perps from all resyks and shuffle them into their owner's decks.
