Rules text
This card does not initiate Combat. Choose one Agent on the opposing Team. Your opponent must flip over and discard the top card from their Bureau deck. If the card has a CP cost, the target Agent inflicts damage on another Agent equal to the cost of the card. If the card has a RP cost, the target Agent receives damage equal to the cost of the card. If the card has a *P cost, then no damage is applied and this card is discarded.
