If an Agent's HEALTH is reduced to zero by this Adversary, place the Agent in a section of the table designated The Gulag and discard any Equipment. The Agent remains imprisoned for three full turns or until a Keyword ESCAPE card is played on them. Place three tokens on the Agent and remove one during each of the Agent's Briefing Phases. When the last token is removed, move the Agent to the Bureau (undamaged).
