Rules text
Play this card on a Witness during your opponent's Investigation Phase. The Witness is placed ten cards down, face up, in the owning player's Bureau Deck. While this card is in play, ALIEN Adversaries may ignore Activator requirements to attack Agents at a Site. When the Witness card reaches the top of the deck, it is immediately added to the owning player's hand and this card is discarded.
