Plays during the Starship Battle Phase when a Star Destroyer and an opposing starship are at the system. Draw destiny and add 3. Discard that opposing starship from play if total > its power. Discard this Event from play.
Armed with powerful tractor beams, Star Destroyers can easily snare Blockade Runners, leaving the starships powerless.
