Keep the Local Systems In Line

Rules text

Plays during a character battle if there is a Star Destroyer at the system. Your attacker or defender is power +2 for each Star Destroyer at the system.

Greater than the threat of a weapon that can destroy an entire planet is the threat of a man willing to use that weapon.
